By accessing securassets.com, the DOLA Coin wallet, or the Global Marketplace, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use our platform. These Terms apply to all users — visitors, asset owners, coin holders, and purchasers.

2. Our Services

DOLA AI International UK Group provides:

Global Marketplace: Listing and discovery of verified real-world assets — property, land, gold, and commodities.
DOLA Coin: A digital token backed by real-world assets. DOLA Coin is not a security but a utility and asset-backed digital token.
Wallet & Payments: Secure transfer, purchase, and holding of DOLA Coins within our ecosystem.

We operate in partnership with ByteDance and Spring — all services subject to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this platform.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and wallet credentials.
You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. DOLA Coin — Nature & Use

Asset-Backed: Every DOLA Coin is backed by verified real-world assets held by or under the control of DOLA AI International UK Group.
Not Financial Advice: All purchases are at your own risk. Market value may fluctuate.
Total Supply: Fixed at 1,000,000,000 DOLA. Additional supply issued only when new assets are verified and added to the backing reserve.
Transfers: Coins may be transferred between wallets within our platform. External transfers subject to smart contract rules.
Ownership: Purchased coins become your digital property — subject to these Terms and UK law.

5. Payments & Purchases

All payments are made direct to DOLA AI International UK Group via our regulated banking partners — Revolut Ltd and Tide Bank.
Coins are issued to your wallet after payment confirmation — typically within 24 hours.
Purchases are final once coins are issued. No refunds except at our sole discretion and in writing.
Pricing may be updated at any time based on asset valuation and market conditions.

6. Asset Listings & Verification

All assets uploaded are subject to verification and approval by our team before going live or being used as coin backing.
You warrant that all information you submit is true, accurate, and legally yours to list.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion.
Uploaded documents are hashed for integrity and stored securely — see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and design on this platform are the exclusive property of DOLA AI International UK Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branding without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranties, express or implied.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We do not guarantee future value — all investments carry risk.
