Effective Date: 11 September 2026 — DOLA AI International UK Group

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any platform operated by DOLA AI International UK Group — including secureassets.com, the DOLA Coin wallet interface, and the Global Marketplace — you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered account holders, asset listing owners, token holders, and purchasers.

2. Scope of Services

DOLA AI International UK Group provides the following integrated services:

Global Asset Marketplace: Listing, verification, and discovery of real-world assets including property, land holdings, gold reserves, and physical commodities.
DOLA Coin: A digital utility token underpinned by verified real-world assets. DOLA Coin is not offered or represented as a financial security, investment contract, or share of ownership in any entity.
Wallet and Payment Infrastructure: Secure storage, transfer, and purchase functionality for DOLA Coin within the platform ecosystem.

These services are developed and operated in partnership with ByteDance and Spring. All platform functionality remains subject to these Terms and any additional partner policies where applicable.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or transact on the platform.
All information provided during registration and verification must be accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, wallet access codes, and device security. All actions taken under your account are deemed authorized by you.
You agree not to use or facilitate the use of the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

4. DOLA Coin — Nature and Usage

Asset Backing: Each DOLA Coin is linked to a corresponding allocation of independently verified real-world assets held or controlled by DOLA AI International UK Group.
Not Financial Advice: All token acquisitions are undertaken at your own discretion and risk. Market perception and trading value may fluctuate.
Supply Parameters: Total initial supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 DOLA. Additional tokens may be issued only when new assets have been verified, valued, and formally added to the backing reserve.
Transfers: Tokens may be transferred between platform wallets in accordance with smart contract and platform rules. External transfers may be subject to additional verification and confirmation periods.
Ownership and Rights: Tokens held in your verified wallet constitute digital property rights subject to these Terms and applicable United Kingdom law. Tokens do not confer equity, voting rights, or dividend entitlements unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Payments, Purchases, and Refund Policy

All payments are remitted directly to DOLA AI International UK Group via regulated banking partners including Revolut Ltd and Tide Bank.
Tokens are issued to your wallet following confirmed receipt of funds — typically within 24 hours of payment verification.
All purchases are considered final upon token issuance. Refunds may be granted only at the absolute discretion of DOLA AI International UK Group and only when requested in writing and formally approved.
Pricing and token valuation may be updated at any time to reflect asset appraisals, market conditions, and reserve adjustments.

6. Asset Listings and Verification Standards

All submitted listings are subject to verification and approval before publication or inclusion in the asset backing reserve.
You warrant that all information and documentation provided for listing is true, accurate, legally verifiable, and within your lawful right to disclose.
DOLA AI International UK Group reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing at any time without prior notice where verification standards are not met.
Uploaded documentation may be cryptographically hashed and stored securely for integrity verification purposes. Refer to our Privacy Policy for data handling practices.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform content, branding, interface design, underlying code, and visual assets are the exclusive property of DOLA AI International UK Group. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
DOLA AI International UK Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
Total aggregate liability under any claim or proceeding shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to DOLA AI International UK Group within the 12 months preceding the claim.
No guarantee of future value, profit, or token performance is made or implied.

9. Indemnification

By using this platform, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DOLA AI International UK Group, its partners, and its personnel from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or any violation of applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Amendments to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
